Leasing Angels, Inc, a well-established real estate management firm, is currently seeking an experienced Make Ready Technician to also assist the with daily grounds, for a property located in the Whitehaven TN area.
Previous experience in apartment maintenance preferred, but not required. Responsibilities include: preparing apartments for new residents to move in, general repair and maintenance, re-keying apartments, coordinating with contractors for cleans and various installations, and when needed moving appliances, and assisting in daily grounds pickup.
A valid driver’s license is required.
